Finally getting around to posting this — I’m now three weeks into my new job as Social Media Coordinator at one of the larget fitness brands in the world.
I previously spent a great year and a half at Portent, an internet marketing agency. As a social media strategist and copywriter straight out of college, I learned more than I could have imagined and worked on so many different internal and client projects that I’m sure I did much more than a year and a half worth of work. That said, it was definitely time to move onto a new challenge, and I’m very happy I did.
Being in the driver’s seat of a brand’s social media presence and creating a comprehensive social strategy has already been an amazing experience, and I’m still only getting my feet wet. It’s also an awesome feeling to work for a company that makes such a tremendous difference in people’s lives.
